4. Understand how to incorporate different textures and finishes into your work.

6. Learn how to incorporate other materials, such as metals and gems, into your work.

Course Description: This class is designed for students who have some prior experience with lampworking and are looking to develop more advanced skills. In this class, students will learn how to create more complex glass shapes, such as sculpting and blowing. They will gain experience working with more complex glass compositions and learn more advanced color application techniques such as fuming and layering. Students will also learn how to incorporate different textures and finishes into their work, and how to work with different types of glass tubing and rods. Additionally, they will learn how to incorporate other materials, such as metals and gems, into their work.
